Appetizers:
Burrata: Creamy mozzarella cheese, arugula, cherry tomatoes, & thinly sliced prosciutto garnished with a truffle balsamic glaze.
Polpetta: Homemade meatball equal parts pork, veal & beef in our house marinara sauce.
Sea scallops or Shrimp Oreganata: In a lemon butter sauce lightly breaded & pan seared.
Entrees:
Halibut Dolce Vitta: Pan-seared & served with a brandy cream-based risotto, sauteed spinach, asparagus, & grilled shrimp.
Corvina: Pan-seared over a bed of sauteed spinach & topped with a Dijon mustard cream sauce.
Red Snapper or Branzino: Pan-seared butterfly filleted prepared in any style:
Picatta, Livornese, Francese, or Grilled.
Short Rib: Braised for 6 hours in a red wine reduction sauce served with champagne risotto.
Rigatoni Mare E Monte: Grilled shrimp, mild Italian sausage, & broccoli rabe in a garlic & oil sauce.
